JOHN HARLINE
Founder, Managing Partner, CEO,
ELYSIAN CAPITAL HOLDINGS, LLC
John is a Founder, Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer for Elysian Capital Holdings, LLC. He drives the strategic direction and operational performance of the organization, while creating the vision and leading the company in its distribution efforts.
With over 25 years of sales distribution experience, John began his career as a National Sales Manager and Senior Vice President for The ING Group. He later became the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Investments, Mutual Funds and Variable Annuities for Transamerica Capital Management. John later joined Vertical Capital Markets Group, LLC as an Executive Vice President and National Sales Manager.
John earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, with an emphasis in Marketing, and has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
NICHOLAS GEORGGIN
Founder, Managing Partner, General Counsel,

Nick is a Founder, Managing Partner and General Counsel for Elysian Capital Holdings, LLC. Nick is a licensed attorney and has been practicing law for 23 years. He is the Founding Partner of Georggin & Georggin, a civil litigation law firm in Orange County, California.
His background and experience includes running his own law firm for over 21 years concentrating on complex litigation, class action, public entity defense, and residential/commercial construction cases. During his career, Nick has managed over 1,500 litigated matters in both the trial and appellate courts. He has been designated as class counsel in employment class action cases, recovering more than $140 million for his clients. In addition to his broad litigation experience, Nick has handled a variety of legal matters for both public and private clients, including corporate formation and governance, governmental contracts, complex zoning and eminent domain matters.
Nick earned his Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Western State University College of Law, graduating in December 1993. He was the class Salutatorian, graduating second in his law school class. Nick was an Associate Editor and Lead Articles Editor for the Western State University Law Review and a Legal Research Intern for the late Justice Henry T. Moore, Jr., of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division Three. He became licensed to practice law in the State of California in June of 1994. He is also admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal District Court for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California.
